I contacted the Banach Wasson agency because they had just sold a Condo in my community. Paul Banach handled my sale from strategy and pricing to the sale and closing. Since I decided to sell while snow birding in Florida Paul was good enough to take care of all the preparations and just do everything that was required through the entire process. We were in contract in a few days. During the march to closing the steps and status were always communicated by voice or Email. I am very happy I decided to work with this friendly and professional group of people instead of a large agency. With multiple listing there is really no advantage with a large agency and you might not get to work with good people.
