Most arrogant person I ever met. Typical personality of one who thinks your beneath his fancy shoes. As if buying or selling a home is enough to stress over, you don't need to through on top a very pushy, shady character

This guy is scum! I do NOT recommend ever working with him. He likes to change locks on property under contract. How dare him!!! We’re doing totally disgusted with how he does business. Utopia is THE WORST!!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT WORK WITH UTOPIA OR THIS PAUL LUCIANO. A TOTAL SCUM! So glad we now have security inside and out. The neighbors will be watching as well.
