I had an epic experience with Paul. We sold our home and bought another. In the process, we lost a third house due to appraisal issues. We hired Paul to serve as both our buyer's agent and seller's agent. He helped us find our new home. He took us to 4 homes and set up a viewing of a "coming soon" home. We settled on a new construction model home and used Paul's 2% rebate to reinvest into our new home. Just sold our home using Paul Thistle and Take 2 Real Estate and it was the smoothest real estate transaction weve ever experienced. We interviewed 7 handpicked realtors whod advertised as having sales experience in Loudoun County, and more specifically our 20105 zip code. We chose Paul to sell our home not only because of his knowledge of the Loudoun County Real Estate market, but because out of the real estate agents we researched, Paul had sold as many as six (6) times more homes in our area. An added bonus was Take 2 Real Estates 3.5% TOTAL COMMISSION! Wed already researched and eliminated discount brokers who were advertising low commission rates because they offered greatly reduced services and frustrating hidden costs that quickly negated any perceived savings. He gave compelling reasons, key amongst them was to limit traffic through our home to serious buyers represented by agents during this Covid period.
