Moving from Austin to Dallas was a daunting thought, but our realtor in Austin recommended The Tosello Team as he had a long lasting relationship with them. Sandy Oxford reached out to us prior to arriving in Dallas to set up a time for us to meet and review all of our wants/needs for our new house. She is extremely knowledgeable of the DFW area, so it made us feel very comfortable when she would make recommendations on areas that would be a great fit. All along the process, Sandy would make herself available when any new house would come onto the market. My wife was home in Austin with the kids and I was working full time, so our availability was always later at night, which was never a problem for Sandy. She was able to give us references for any task that needed to be completed and being new to town, that was a huge relief! We were very happy to end up in the Roanoke area and we are in love with our home and the neighborhood that we end up choosing! Upon our closing date, Sandy brought us a welcome home gift bag that came in very handy as we did not have any of our belongings at the new house. Success Finally!!! After previously listing our home with two other agents, we finally sold it with the help of the Tosello Team! cannot recommend the Tosello team enough. We have been through the ringer with other realtors so we were pretty hesitant about trying it again.
