I have many years of experience in the real estate industry in a variety of fields from residential real estate sales and property management to financial services and even restaurant ownership. I am a Colorado Native and have lived here my entire life except for my college years. I am licensed in Colorado with Keller Williams Action Realty and am on the Douglas Elbert REALTOR Association. I specialize in my home turf of Castle Rock and Douglas County, but I service the entire Denver Metro area as far north as Longmont and as far south as Colorado Springs. In addition, I'm a (now inactive) CPA with a master's degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University in Utah. I have a high level of knowledge pertaining to finances, contracts, and negotiations and have the background and skillset to structure any deal in your (or your clients) best interest.   • Phillip listed and sold my home

      We used Phil Bicker to sell our home in Larkspur, CO recently and he was outstanding. We spoke with Phil on the phone a few times, then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing informative information on how many homes he has sold, how long listings in the area typically stay on the market, and providing good data on comparable properties in the area. Being in a rural area made this especially important, as Phil had to put quite a bit of time into finding suitable properties to use as comps. Phil made the entire process of selling our home very easy. We felt that some of the steps he took, such as hiring a professional stager to assist in preparing the house for marketing and a professional photographer to create the best images possible were instrumental in getting us great initial attention and very quick results. Phil put in a great deal of his own time and effort to help us make the changes suggested by the stager. We were amazed by the quality of the listing Phil created for us. Phil’s hard work, knowledge of what it takes to sell a home, and utilization of his highly skilled stager and photographer really paid off. Our listing looked amazing and performed very well. We had many viewings scheduled almost immediately and Phil’s open-house showings were very well attended. We half-joked with Phil about getting us an offer within 3 days of him publicizing the listing for us, but in reality, he managed to have an offer to us within an amazingly short 4 days. Incredible for a rural property such as ours. Our house went under contract, and Phil walked us through every step of the remaining inspections and closing process, even helping us out by finishing a few of the tasks we were required to complete for VA appraisal for us when we were out of town and even taking care of our chickens! He maintained a great positive and amazingly helpful attitude and took every action possible to make our transaction run smoothly. It could not have been a more pleasant experience and Phil could not have done a better job.
