Despite her busy work schedule & family life, she made us feel like she had all the time in the world to help us find the right home. Kim was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I first contacted Rachel unprepared financially with no knowledge in home buying. She walked us through basics and got us started, but we put the process on hold until we were financially ready. She kept in touch for the almost 2 years of ehwere kind of looking, kind of not. Once we were on top of our finances, she got us in touch with a great loan officer, Eric Neely (I definitely recommend him, as well), and got the ball rolling. You usually hear buyers say the beginning excitement of buying a home goes away quickly, but with Rachel and Eric the whole process was enjoyable and painless.
