Randy is an amazing agent. I worked with 2 other agents before finding Randy and thank God I did! Im a first time home buyer in my 20s with children to parent. He was very understanding of my situation. He wasn't like the other agents who just tell you about the selling points of the property, he gives you feedback on what he sees in a home. I appreciated this because I did not want to be blindsided by repairs in the future. He went above and beyond for my family by looking up flood areas and other external issues with every home I viewed.Randy is very knowledgeable and very helpful with setting up appointments. He guided me through the whole process like a big brother and is still answering questions for me (I'm a month in my home)! I was about to give up on finding the perfect home after being outbid but Randy always kept me positive. Randy helped me find the perfect lender who was able to get me a better rate and loan amount then any of the other lenders I dealt with. The lender was Jon at Guild Mortgage in Longview! He was able to give me all my options and answer all my crazy questions about percentage rates and pay off dates and differences in loans. Randy was there with me to help explain my situation and goals as well. I felt like we were a team working towards a goal but I was the one in charge of the decisions.... there was no pressure or hard selling like when u buy a car! When I finally found a home the process felt like forever (just be patient), we had so many appointments to knock out and Randy was able to set them up and explain why they were so important. I was very pleased to have so much information at my fingertips.
