Renee is a very personable lady and realtor, who works very diligently to assist her clients with their individual needs. She is honest and trustworthy, which is important to me. Her business is very customer oriented and always giving back to the community. I highly recommend Renee Butler.

I contacted Renee from out of the area as I was interested in purchasing a single family home for investment. She was unfortunately, temporarily out-of-pocket, but she has a large and friendly staff, and we got the ball rolling using resources within her office. She runs a very large ship - there are lots of people to help you through the process, and that's a great thing. Unfortunately, it is also a double-edged sword, and while my overall experience was marvelous, there was a time or two when I felt there was one too many cooks in the kitchen and communications weren't quite as smooth as I'd have liked them to be. The great thing is that she is open and eager to smooth it all out and make sure you get what you need. I'd definitely use her again for either selling or buying a property in Polk County, and would have no problem recommending her to family, friends or strangers.
