Renee diligently worked to sell my moms house in a short period of time. Renee made a difficult time in my life much easier. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. We have been working with Renee for 3 years now as we tried to relocate to the Port St. Lucie area. Throughout all of the challenging delays and days of searching for that perfect home Renee regularly fine-tuned our search to more accurately match us to that perfect home and location. She was quick to act on our request to view various houses we found as well as set up other viewings she came upon. Her knowledge of local code and building materials were regularly shared to help us make good choices regarding both safety, as well as getting the most home for our dollar. She also, very sensitively, made practical suggestions based on our budget, keeping our dreams grounded and focused on what was most important to us in our search.Her communication skills were wonderful throughout the entire process. She spent hours planning viewings early on even when she knew we could not buy till our own home sold. She kept in touch via emails letting us know how prices were shifting and what houses were on the radar that might interest us. She let us know she was vested in us with cards and notes over the years as well.We had several properties we hoped to purchase and Renee put in all the paperwork and contacted the sellers realtors letting them know our interest. She was always willing to go the extra mile even while keeping us informed that we may miss a particular property.When we finally found our dream home, she made the negotiations, closing, and final move in a breeze. She handled the walk throughs, repairs, paperwork, and, in our situation, the rental agreement till the current residents home was done being built. Renee has a wonderful set of very competent, reliable local companies she works with and all our needs were met promptly and before the papers were signed.Renee values her clients greatly, whether it is their hopes and dreams, financial needs or their time. She treats each one as though they are family. There are not enough characters here to share the many times she did things for us on her own time, even while she was dealing with situations within her own personal life. She is prompt, professional and sensitive in all matters involved in buying (or selling) a home. If I were to purchase or sell again in the area I would return to her to be sure I received the best in care. I would also like to add that we had the opportunity to see some of her interactions with other clients and in every one, you could see her care and the clients ease in working with Renee. In each situation, she was professional and diligently, worked to respect clients privacy, while allowing clients to interact as they chose, to share their celebrations. Renee has got to be one of the sweetest and hardest workers I know.
