We were originally looking in the Jacksonville area and the offer there fell through. Now we were in crunch time and decided to look into Tampa instead. Our realtor in Jacksonville recommended Rhonda. I spoke with Rhonda and explained that we were on crunch time, had only 2 days to see as many homes and the area. And on top of that, we resided in Kansas City. As soon as we landed, we were on our way to the first showing. We looked at so many homes and areas, everything that we were wanting. She pulled of every detail of information about the home and area and had it so organized and mapped out that I told her how impressed I was with her many times. This was 2 days in a row of constant go. Finally, we found our home. Since we were from out of town, she helped set up everything from the inspection to the final walk through. She, as usual, was detailed and always informative on everything to the point that we felt that we were there in the middle of all the action and never left in the dark. Rhonda helped us all the way until we moved in.Rhonda was so professional, easy going, detailed, informative, extremely on point, and most importantly, a fun realtor to deal with.
