Rich Raynor

I was born and raised in Alaska, moving to Douglas County with my wife and 3 children in January of 1995. I began my real estate career in April of that year. I have consistently been one of the top producing agents in the area. I have experience with commercial properties, multi-family properties and bare land, in addition to urban and rural single family residences. I have been very active in the real estate community. I have served with the Oregon Association of Realtors in many positions: 9 years as member of the Government Affairs Committee; 5 years as chair of the Land and Water Use Policy sub-committee; 2 years as member of the OAR Executive Committee; 2 year as District 4 Vice President; and I am currently chair of the Business and Taxation Policy sub-committee for my 5th year. I also served as board member of the Douglas County Association of Realtors from 2001 through 2007, including 2 years as President. I was named Douglas County''s Realtor of the Year in 2005.
