With 15 years in Corporate America and 17 years as a Real Professional, Rich has a wealth of experience to guide the Florida market as the State Broker. Rich’s entrepreneurial skills were put to the test in 2003 when Rich obtained his real estate broker license in Florida and purchased his first Exit Realty franchise. By January 2007 Rich was the broker and owner of 5 offices and recruited over 470 agents into his Orlando based company. During 2007, Rich experienced first hand the impact of the sluggish economy and market correction which resulted in reduced agent productivity. Agent’s were searching for higher visibility on the internet and increased commission splits. Rich’s management team worked tirelessly to replace the costly brick and mortar offices with a virtual platform. Rich soon found out that purchasing leading e
