As a local attorney who needed to sell a condo from a decedent's estate I needed a realtor who could handle the entire listing (finding superior vendors to remove the previous owner's belongings in a respectful way, replace the appliances, flooring, painting, etc.) at a reasonable price with just my oversight. The condo was dated and had been unoccupied for over one year. He suggested some cosmetic upgrades and replacements which were not cost prohibitive and had the condo on the market in record time. With a nominal investment it looked great! We asked and received a price that was at the top for that area in record time. We closed without a hitch one month after we listed!
