There are no words to say about Bob Douglass. From day one he has being great. Always available, honest, true to his word, helpful. Even when it seems the loan were not going to be approved, he still stood with me, provide other alternatives, encourage me to hang on. Bob was sick at one time during the process and he was still faxing paper and sending emails. During the last process of my loan I needed a wind mitigation for the insurance, we found a inspector, bob went to meet up with inspector and paid him because I was too far. I don't thing I could have gotten the home without him. He put a 150% in his work. God continue to bless him

And this was not an easy task for the home my brother left to his niece. As executor of the will I was faced with the daunting task of selling a house in significant disrepair inside and out, full of hoarded belongings in total disarray, and in probate from my brother's will. Bob helped us expedite with the probate lawyer, clear and clean the house and find a buyer despite difficulties from my niece and her boyfriend who were impeding the process at every step of the way. Bob Douglass is first class all the way. He is very energetic, does what he said he would do, responds to all requests in a timely manner and returns all phone calls promptly. We are investors in California, so it is very important to us to have a 100% reliable agent in the Florida market. Bob also goes above and beyond the call of duty and steps in to arrange things that would be difficult for me to do from California, such as having small repairs made or keeping the grass cut on properties that we have listed with him for sale.
