Some people may think you want a realtor that moves a million homes a month. Or ones that claim to get their buyer in a house on the first try. I beg to differ. If you are willing to make a 30 year commitment to a house, you want a Realtor that's willing to know you, your wants, needs, habits... and heck, what you want out of the property. Enter Rob Blake. He knows Buffalo. He knows how the homes are built, what parts of the city are growing and where the "places to be" are. The average home walk through for buying is about 15 minutes. Rob and I averaged 45 - he taught me a lot about homes and what to look for. Top it off, the home I eventually bought I saw the listing (buffalo double) for while on vacation. I asked if Rob would be willing to look at the property and give me his opinion. After reviewing it and sending me everything he saw (and a lot more pictures than the listing had) we talked about it over the phone. I put in an offer, and now it's my house. I bought a house without even setting foot in it because I trusted Rob, and I don't regret that decision at all. I don't think there's higher praise than that.

We had an excellent experience with Robert (and his teammate Melissa). We were moving from out of state to Buffalo and didn't know much about the area. He was able to ascertain our wants/needs and direct us accordingly (very knowledgeable about the area). He is Super-responsive to texts/emails/calls and never left us hanging. He works hard for you and you always feel he's on your side. His teammate Melissa was also amazing and between the two of them, we felt like we were their only client.
