Where do I begin... Robert was our realtor 6 years ago when my husband and I were first time buyers. We had a previous realtor who for the lack of a better word was "horrible". After 3 unsuccessful attempts with another realtor I decided to let my fingers doing the walking and researched who sold the most homes in the area where my home was located. Did I find the name of my prior realtor??? Not even on the list! Who I did find was Robert Greenblatt. He was listed as the number 1 realtor with the most home sales in that area, and for good reason! From my very first phone call I was impressed with Robert from A to Z. He listened to what I needed and expected from from a realtor after all my unsuccessful selling attempts. Robert was polite, offered advice and told me that he eats, sleeps and breathes real estate, and that he does! Not only was he diligent in finding a buyer for my home but he presented me with multiple offers! Something that the prior realtor could not do. Robert was ALWAYS prompt in returning phone calls, communicating suggestions regarding feedback and/or price, aiding in making recommendations to handle various repairs, and helped in making an EXTREMELY stressful situation much more tolerable. I didnt have a mega mansion to sell as it was merely a nice little starter home, but Robert gave the entire transaction his undevoted attention as if it was to earn the commission of his lifetime! This spoke volumes as to Roberts business acumen and dedication to a profession that is evident he loves.
