    Take 5 minutes and read this one!!!! Robert was recommended to us from a close friend. Having never selling or buying a home (Our first home was purchased from my family), we did not know where to start. Sure, we were kicking the tires every Sunday, wasting time looking at houses, it was not really productive. We then contacted Robert and he came to our home. We discussed our objectives and the areas we wanted to live. Robert told us that he was going to handle our account himself (opposed to one of his team) since we are friends of the referral. The first step was to get us pre-approved, which he did through his connection with Bank of America. Next, he set us up on his own website that notifies us if a house comes on the market that meets our criteria. Once we started getting hits on houses, Robert help set up walkthroughs. What I liked about the Robert is that he let us draw our own conclusions on a property. He would ask us certain questions that would make us think and never suggesting that a house was right or wrong for us. When I asked him what he thought, his answers were based on facts- construction, market price, etc. He often would say: “Ask yourself this – Is this the right house for you?” After much searching, my wife and I found our dream home. It was over our budget, but we gave it shot and agreed on an offer. Robert was right there to guide us through the "offer" process. I really like his use of technology - e-signatures, emails, Voice mail attachments, etc. It kept things moving along and I can sign a document right from my smart phone! The selling Relator was not easy to deal with and the sellers were out of the country, which made things worse. Robert kept at it- emails, voice calls, whatever it took, he was willing to do. We felt like we were his only clients, when I know he probably had several at that time. Once the accepted our offer, it was time to list our house. All this happened between Christmas and New Year’s. Robert gave us some pointers about getting our house ready to sell. We DE cluttered, cleaned, painted, and rearranged everything. Having an 1185 sqft Cape Cod, making look big is a challenge. Once he came and looked at all the work we had done, he decided to list it at a higher end price. (We did exactly what Robert recommended and more!) Robert’s team took great pictures and since we were contingent, he aggressively marketed our house. We had an open house the first weekend in January, and we had an offer! That offer did not work out, so Robert scheduled another open house and again another offer came through. We countered and struck a deal! Robert’s job did not stop there. He made sure that our new house was going to meet all the requirements in the contract. He kept on the other relator and made sure it was right. Robert was right there, day, night, and weekends, - it seemed he worked 24/7. We even talked on Christmas Eve when we were putting in the offer! He is very Professional, Smart, Ethical, Friendly and Fair. We can now say that we are Friends, but don’t let that discount this review. I am an Engineer and my job is to evaluate to standards, accurately and precisely. Therefore, this evaluation is same as engineering report - Evaluation of the Process vs. Results. I met other Relators during this process, some are good, some are bad, and some are really, really really, really bad....Not going to mention names! Robert is your guy to sell your house for maximum value and get the house of your dreams! Did I mention that he sold our house is a real tough market for maximum value? Yea...     Robert assisted me through the entire process of purchasing my first home. I chose him because of the positive experiences my parents had had with them with purchasing and selling homes. It all started with a phone call to Robert to begin my search for a home. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since I was a first-time buyer, I had general questions about the process of buying that he was able to answer for me and make it easy to understand. Once we figured out what price range I felt comfortable with and what area I'd be interested in looking, so we set up an appointment for me to meet with him and his team. Robert was wonderful! He was timely and never late for a showing. He paid close attention to the details of what I was looking for in a house, which saved us time by not looking at houses I wasn't interested in. Given my limited price range, he understood that I wanted the best house I could get for my money and he did just that! We looked at many houses together and what I liked most about this experience was that I never felt pushed to make my decision one way or another. Robert offered his opinion when needed and was honest. I couldn't be happier with my new house. I will always recommend Robert and his team to anyone I know buying or selling a house so that they may have the same pleasant experience as myself. It was truly the best customer service, which can't be said about many businesses. THANK YOU ROBERT!!!!

      Robert stepped in when my other agent just failed us as our representative. Robert handled the process quickly, professional, but aggressive when needed. He got the things we needed done promptly, and did not let up until the process was completely finished.
