I can't even start to say how much I appreciated Robin. She demonstrated great patience (with both my wife and me) and dedication even when we were about to give up. She always knew our dream house was out there. She carried out her duties and was always on the know on properties just listed. Great job!

I have been looking for a house for 18 months. i dealt with three different agents. no returned calls, no calls to check up on homes i was looking into. honestly, i was thinking they where all the same. Until i called Robin. from the get-go she was upfront and most importantly, honest with me. she was always available for me, no matter any question i would ask, if she couldn't answer it then, later, it was answered. she kept me up to date with new listings. she called me on the phone, unlike all the other agents where i have to call them and talk to a receptionist, and then receive a call 2 days later. robin is a native of this area too, so she knew of the changes in neighborhoods and everything. when i choose to buy my next house, roin will be the one!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Robin Frank when looking for my home. From day 1, Robin was extremely responsive, and that was something I loved about her. If I was to give Robin a call at 7:00 p.m., she would answer with no problem, and even on a Sunday. With my busy work schedule I was glad to find a realtor that not only worked past 5, but she even worked on Sundays. One thing that stuck out to me the most was her detication to fulfill all of my needs. All throughout the negotiations and closing Robin was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!
