Rod is a native of Rockwall and graduated from Rockwall High School. He attended the University of Texas @ Arlington and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Marketing. Rod enjoys staying actively involved in the community. He has recently served on the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce Board.
