Rave, rave, rave. Rosalie is simply the best in every way. She kept our house #1 on the market from start to finish and sold it for well above asking price. Cars were lined up and down the block to look at our house which sold way faster than most do in our area. TRUST HER: she knows what she is doing. Rosalie is a very multidimentional human being: a warm, sympathetic listener, a hyperfocused go-getter who also responds almost immediately to every question/request, and a savvy businesswoman/marketer who totally knows her stuff, looks the part and conducts herself with the highest degree of professionalism. Her stager's suggestions (which we acted on) and her photographer--Jim of Hometourvision--made our place look like a million bucks in his excellent video and photos. After it was all over, and we were gone to another state, she mailed us an envelope with a few things inside that were very meaningful to us. I would itemize them here but I don't want to spoil the surprise for you. Just hire Rosalie; look no further!

Rosalie has sold 2 houses and found us 1 house. She is very knowledgeable and will work hard for you. She sold both of our houses in record time. She also found my son the perfect house for his family. We wouldnt use anyone else but her.
