  • Russ helped me buy a home

      Russ sold me a house and withheld information about major problems with foundation and sewer drains. As a first time home buyer I was unaware of the magnitude of issues and cost of the repairs. Beware of this Realtor, he should be ashamed of actions at my expense. Just want to spare anyone from having the same experience.

        This man has no INTEGRITY. He will BOLD faced lie to your face. I should have walked out when he had a little temper tantrum during our 2nd meeting. I told Russ that I wanted porcelain tubs. Not that cheap fiberglass crap. He had his rep quote me a price from the sheet that was supposed to be for a full skirted porcelain 6 ft soaker tub. When he had written up the contract for us to sign. I stated the tub needs to state porcelain as I was going to write it in he had a temper tantrum and stated I could not do that. That what he had written is correct. Steer clear of any housing development Russ is involved in. Do yourself better investigation then we did. Check out the permit section of some of the homes he represents for the builder. All you have to do is place the address in. You should be getting better representation for what is close to $18,000 in commission per home. Ours was $21,000. While all home builders have their share of problems. I have yet to see this company make it RIGHT. The builder he represents also have no control over their sub contractors.
