As I look back over the past 26 years, there has been one factor that has been very consistent. That is my real estate agent, Russ Romano. It all started in 1984. Just graduated from college and planning a wedding that Summer. We wanted a home. We saw a home in Batavia and contacted the listing agent, Russ Romano. After looking at the house, we fell in love with it. We had to have it. And had it not been for our very observant agent, we may have lost out on that all important first home. It was a snowy day and he noticed that someone else had an interest in the property. He had gone back to the home after showing it to us and saw several footprints circling the home. I was in a bowling tournament in Albion and Russell tracked me down there. You have to realize, this was before cell phones. He had to get creative and he did. The rest is history.
