Ruth Ann Rowe is a Rochester native, who spent weekends at the family retreat in the Bristol Hills. She grew up as a city girl with a love of the rugged mountains and crystal clear waters of the Finger Lakes. With a business degree from SUNY Empire State College, she opened her solo appraisal practice in 1986. She learned real estate sales from the best, and combined sales and appraisal to form Rowe Realty & Appraisal, Inc in 1995. That year brought big opportunities! Already an FHA and VA appraiser, government agencies reached out to offer property management over a wide region in NYS – from Lake Ontario to the Pennsylvania border.
