You will not find anyone better in the real estate business!My wife and I recently contacted Ryan to begin looking at houses, and here we are, just over a month later, and we are already moved into our new home. We called him on a Tuesday, and literally sat down with him the next evening to setup our search criteria. By Thursday that week we had already seen two houses. By taking the time to understand our needs, Ryan was able to save us time, and show us two houses that were right in our ballpark. On the second home, we knew right away, and wanted to place an offer. Ryan contacted the selling agent that night, and stayed up until 11:00 pm to wrote up our offer. He also had the foresight to draft the deal in a manner that was advantageous for us, and ultimately got us the house. His expertise truly was the difference between closing the deal, and not. Throughout the rest of the process, he was nothing less than exceptional! He is an excellent communicator, and checked in with us often to address questions and/or concerns. I always felt that Ryan had our best interests in mind, and he made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process! As I said above, you will not find anyone better in the real estate business! He is a true professional, who genuinely cares about his clients! I give Ryan and Team Mac my highest recommendation!
