I had the privilege of working with Ryan Petrucci Real Estate these last few months to help sell my mother's house on her passing. We had an initial conversation, and I decided to meet him at the house. He was very prepared and presented a plan to get the house sold in a timely manner. The one thing that stuck out to me is he never once promised how much he could sell the house for but instead stated "we will let the market determine the price". We had parameters Ryan had to meet when selling the house and he clearly understood our intentions with the sale. Once we got started in the process Ryan was very accessible to answer any questions and concerns, we had during the sales process. If Ryan could not take our call, he is very ably backed up by Julie in his main office and she was nothing short of amazing with her support. Buying and selling property can be a very stressful situation as items pop up all the time. Whenever this occurred Ryan and Julie were on top of the situation and expertly guided us to get the issue resolved. If you are looking for someone to sell or help you buy a house, I would highly recommend this talented team to help you get the job done.
