If I could give Samantha more than 5 stars,I would. She is absolutely amazing and an answer to prayer. She is super professional,yet extremely down to earth. She is VERY knowledgeable and her work is top notch . We researched ALOT of realtors before choosing her,she is by far THE BEST. She communicates so well and we were never left wondering what was going on, she ALWAYS responds quickly when you contact her, and is constantly in touch with updates through the entire process. Samantha exceeded our expectations by far. We are so very thankful to have found such a wonderful realtor who worked so hard to sell our home. She was so easy to work with and such a blessing to us. I would absolutely recommend Samantha and her wonderful team.

My experience with Samantha was very smooth, professional, and successful. My husband and I relocated nearly 1,200 miles from our listing in Madison, Alabama so communication, reassurance, and updates on our home were TOP NOTCH for us when looking for a realtor. I was worried about getting left behind or forgotten about at first given the fact that she is generating so many listing and contracts (.i.e. selling homes!!! ) but that wasn't the case at all. She was exactly that for me and I am immensely grateful for her help and experience along the way. At one point, we had been told a beautiful, ornate bathroom mirror (somehow) fell of the wall and shattered while the home was empty. She didn't even pause when I asked her if she could pick one out for me at a local place and replace it for me. Such a relief being so far away. All and all, above and beyond the call of duty!! We ended up renting our house instead which was a better option for us for the time being.

Mrs. Walker is Excellent to work with. She was always there when I needed her. When I called her, she either answered my calls or promptly returned them. I had unlimited access to her throughout the entire process. She entertained my questions and concerns well after normal business hours. Every question I had about the deal, she had the answer. She kept me informed on everything throughout the entire process. She gave me adequate information on the people we would be working with throughout the process and during the closing of the deal as well. She gave me their names and information and encouraged me to research them to make sure I would be comfortable using them. If I did not want to use them, she encouraged me to find someone else. She is Very Professional and Helpful in every way. She went above and beyond for me throughout the entire process. She made sure that everything went through according to the timeline she provided to me. I couldnt ask for anything more from her. We are already working on another deal. Thanks Sam! !!!!!!!
