Samuel Hellers is a big douce bag, we were waiting on a lease house in csataic and were told it would show on 6/5/15 Well he back doored everyone and leased it before the general public could even get a chance. It was listed on Zillow and I'm sure other sites. Not a proper way to conduct business ...

Sam is the best agent I have ever worked with. If you want to get a deal done Sam has the knowledge and experience to make it happen. He has listed two of my homes and assisted me with a purchase. He is especially good if it is a competitive market or there are problems with the property. He is highly ethical and will keep you out of trouble. He has my strongest recommendation.

Samuel heller rob me of my house I wouldn’t go with this guy if my life depended on it he stole my house took 35% of it from the person I actually was in a contract with and now I’m without a house and it’s changed hands numerous times I wouldn’t trust this guy with anything let alone my house he’s a thief Eviction is his best quality ‘look out ‘ DO NOT TRUST!
