Outstanding from start to finish. Sandy was a wealth of information when it came to searching for a home. Once she understood our much haves and like to haves she selected 5 homes that fit our criteria . She set appointments and we saw all 5 in one weekend.Once we selected our home she provided us with in-depth comparable homes in the area and gave us a target price to purchase our home. Our home was listed at $565,000, Sandys research told us a fair price was $540,000. We ended up purchasing the home for $535.000. The closing process went flawlessly. My wife and I could not be happier with Sandra Abrams and the home she helped us find.
