The Terenzi team did a good job of presenting and selling our home in East Hartford, CT. Sandie helped us figure out what needed to be done to get our Condo ready to sell. With their superb marketing skills we had several buyer interested in the first 2 weeks our Condo was on the market. With Sandies help we were able to negotiate an offer and sold our home in 2 weeks. I had a very unique older home with some nice features, but also some features that didn't easily appeal to all buyers. The agency did an excellent job of presenting the positives of the home. The photographs were beautiful and I was given the opportunity to choose that ones that were used and to also add my input in the description of the home. Ryan Raymond had my best interests when negotiating the selling price. First with a buyer that offered an unreasonable offer and then again when negotiating with the buyer that bought the house. I ended up getting close to the asking price.

What can I say that has not been said before, but here I go. I found Sandie to be attentive, through, decated to the job, a real go getter with lots of energy. Made many suggestions to stage house, used a professional photographer to make rooms in a house built in 1961 look open, spacious, and bright. Team always kept us informed and all communication was answered promptly. They stayed on top of transactions with our lawyer( like pushing a boulder up a hill, not their fault). I would HIGHLY recommend their team.
