Sarah Huebler showed us a home for rent in September of 2015, that we originally found via Zillow. That evening, someone else secured the home before we had a chance to complete the application. I was informed by Sarah the next day that the home was no longer available. Later that week, we unexpectedly received a call from Sarah telling us she had a different home that was coming available quickly. She remembered that we where looking for a rental home and went out of her way to reach out to us to show that home. From the start, she genuinely took interest in our desire to find a home. She worked with us to secure the home and made sure we got moved in with no issues. After a year or so passed, we decided to purchase a home and learned that Sarah could become our realtor. Almost immediately, Sarah began sending MLS listings of homes in our desired neighborhoods and price range. When we found one we liked, within hours Sarah had us lined up to go take a tour. In the end, she helped us find the perfect home. Sarah found us a mortgage broker, explained the buying process and helped us the entire way. With every phone call, every text and every email, Sarah was not only extremely professional, she was also very friendly. When we had questions, she had answers. We often found ourselves having great conversation about how the house could be updated to make it our own or how the landscaping could be improved. Sarah Huebler assisted us from start to finish, in the purchase of our property. Her advice and recommendations were invaluable and our decisions, as to 'extras' that we were given the options of, with our new build property. This included the advice of having a lanai to sit under when it rains, and not get everything wet, as a pose to not having one. We also welcomed the advice of having our pool built out to our maximum property line, which enable us to gain extra space for a patio area. She assisted us, from the start to finish of our property, of which we will always be grateful. Sarah Huebler is by far the Agent that I have ever worked with! She is kind, honest, sweet and caring. My situation is quite a unique one but it never fazed her, she managed to get me into my home within such a short period of time and helped to facilitate everything that I needed so that I could move in. It really felt like I was the only person that she was working with even though I know she was dealing with many others at the same time! From there she continued to always be there for me and was always there to support and assist me with anything I needed.
