- Sarah F and I connected, but did no business
Waterside Venue in Bethlehem GA also Riverwalk subdivision which Sarah owns the clubhouse and entrance. She does a horrible job at upkeep on the property grounds. What was once flower beds is now grown up weeds and dead trees. The clubhouse itself looks as if it could fall in at any moment from neglect of upkeep since built in the mid 2000's. If I were house hunting in the new construction area of Riverwalk I would turn around the second I see the clubhouse and grounds. New construction homes on the land also purchased from Sarah starting at mid 300's. She is the definition of a slumlord of property
