Scot is an amazing real estate agent. When buying - he responded to all my requests almost immediately and contacted listing agents to get any information that he couldn't give right away. If he can't get you into a house within the time frame that you need, he will find one of his colleagues to take you through (who are also amazing). Scot uses current technology well to make the buying process as easy as possible and to make sure you are aware of listings as soon as they come on the market. Scot is very accommodating and works hard to make you feel like a valued client. When selling - you can respond to showing requests through text, which is amazing. You also get feedback from everyone that walks through your house so you know if there are things you can change to make it more sell-able. Scot also hires a professional photographer to take pictures of your home. The pictures are incredible and make you want to buy your house all over again! I would highly recommend Scot for buying and selling.

Scot had our home sold in just a couple weeks. Scot was very knowledgeable about our area/ neighborhood/ home values. He was always available to answer any questions and I had no worry. I won't hire anyone else.

Scot helped us through the process of purchasing our first home. He was very patient with us as we viewed many homes and asked lots of questions. Scot is very knowledgeable about home construction, but would also follow up quickly on anything he was unsure of on site. I really liked that Scot was very hands off during the showings and not forceful in any manner. He never tried to "sell" us on anything and his main goal was to make sure we found exactly what we wanted.

Scot is Mr. Cool and Calm! A character trait that blessed us many times over the last 6 months of house hunting. We were looking for a 4 bedroom in the Forest Hills School District area, which currently is a very hot market. Houses were literally listing on the market Thursday, showings Saturday, bids due Monday! Great for sellers. Very stressful for buyers. Scot was always right on top of what was popping on the market, making sure we were one of the first to view, and right on top of drafting any offers we wanted to make. But, even with the HOT market, we still wanted the right house at the right price for our family. We turned down a lot of houses, and Scot never once made us feel pressured to say yes. He just kept reassuring us that the right house would come on the market for us. And finally....... the right home, at the right price, in the right school district came along! Thanks Scot!

This is my second time using Scot as a realtor/broker and I have never been happier. It takes a lot to impress me and my husband and Scot delivered at every turn. He is very aware of the needs of his customers and customized his approach by asking what I needed and recommended the right kinds of homes. Always sending us leads on houses that fit our criteria of what we were looking for andthe locations! Scott set up many viewings of several houses at very short notices. He would call the listing agent and get us in right away. This was very important because houses were going very fast at the time. The house we bought was listed for one day. We looked at the house the same day and after we looked at the house we immediatliy went to Scotts office to draw up an offer. Thank goodness we did this because there was an offer on the house already!

This review comes a bit late, but we are happy with the house Scot helped us get. His realty is very tech savvy and pretty much everything can be done through email/internet, which streamlines the process. Changes could be made to contracts and signed within a day which was nice. He was also very responsive through text and he took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. He picked up on the kind of house and neighborhood we were looking for right away. Scot is a laid back individual and lets you roam the house. I liked this for the most part, but would have liked to hear his opinion more, since the reason we originally chose him was his construction experience. We went for a foreclosure that needed a lot of work which made things complicated and tough, but Scot helped us get through and pass inspection. We almost didn't get the house at least twice, so it was really stressful! Trying to buy a house sucks (especially a foreclosure) and we don't want to do it again for a very long time. We were very emotionally drained by the end and it took the fun out of finally getting the keys. Back to the subject - I was VERY skeptical at his suggestions for tradesmen like the inspector because they knew each other, but my skepticism quickly faded after services were rendered.His connections to different tradesmen for heating, plumbing, and electrical work with reasonable prices was instrumental to getting our house into shape. We wouldn't have been able to do it without him. We still have a long way to go with our house, but we knew how much work it'd be when we entered into it. Just refinished the wood floors.
