Awesome experience with this company! I needed to relocate from CA to the Dallas area in January 2016 for my career, and had no real idea of what to expect. A colleague in the local office referred me to Scott because of his multiple positive previous experiences, and I was very happy I followed his advice! Scott spent a couple of hours with me in September when I visited to explore neighborhoods before making my final decision. He discussed my specific housing and commute requirements, gave me an overview of the local market, reviewed Texas real estate requirements with me, and recommended areas for me to check out based on my criteria. He did not try to sell me anything I did not want! Ultimately, I was able to purchase a home in the Dallas area while I was still in California in advance of my move because of Scott's support, which spared me the hassle and cost of travel and temporary housing. He set up a web portal with listings, made videos of homes I was interested in, and provided expert advice on those listings. And, when I found the one I wanted, he expertly negotiated and closed a deal for me on a home with multiple offers. Couldn't ask for more than that...but I didn't have to! He referred me to a free concierge service for utilities as well as great references for insurance, home security, home maintenance, etc..., etc..., etc.... I would highly recommend Scott and his company to anyone!
