I contacted Scott while still living in Colorado. He was referred to me by my lender. Working with Scott to find a home in Sartell MN was the best decision that I made and really set up our move to the area for success. I told Scott that I needed to find a house in a day. I was on an extremely tight time window as I had to get my children in enrolled in school in this same visit. Scott and I worked closely together prior to me even coming to MN to do the actual house hunt. I was totally impressed, we viewed 9 homes in a matter of a couple hours. Scott had all of my showings timed perfectly. By the evening of the first day- I had a house under contract and was able to take my purchase agreement and get our children enrolled in school. Scott's attention to detail and his ability to do a lot of the fact finding prior to my arrival was incredible and it allowed me to achieve everything I needed to do prior to moving our family to Minnesota from Colorado. You can't go wrong working with Scott. Lastly, he has given us so many helpful hints. He put me in contact with an excellent home inspector and handyman. Both of these referrals have been outstanding resources for us. Thank you Scott!!

Scott was absolutely amazing to work with! We were first time home buyers and he was always there to answer any questions we had and guide us in the right direction.
