I cannot say enough about Keller Williams and my awesome agent, Levi Ortmann. I moved to Minneapolis for a new job and had my heart set on owning my own home. I started my search with Remax and had my hopes promptly dashed by an agent that, quite frankly, did not take me very seriously. To be fair, I did need something of a miracle, given my time and budget constraints. I heard about Levi through some friends of friends who actually used to work with him. I found out that the man truly is a legend in his old line of work. And as it turns out, he is quite the realtor too. Long story short, he worked his magic to get me into exactly what I had envisioned. On time and under budget. Perfect. I thought that the experience was over and that I'd never hear from Levi again. Fortunately, I was wrong. The Smith Team never forgets a client! A short while after the whole deal was done, we were invited to a fun little party on a river boat with everybody from Keller Williams and their clients! And then a fun charitable event. And then a bunch of other stuff! As it turned out, we were now part of a family. I have felt more welcome with this group of people than any other group that I've joined in a long time. We purchased a house 5 yrs ago through the Smith Team and were pleased with the outcome. Therefore, when it came time for my 89 year old mother to downsize to an apartment we knew who to call. In addition to working with us on the house sale Scott was also able to give us names of people to help with selling of her excess furniture, etc..Another complication to our situation was that my brother (who lives out of state) and I were taking care of the sale for mom from the sellers perspective. Scott wS able to keep us both informed of everything throughout the process. From open houses, feedback from perspective buyers, offers, counter offers etc.

I worked with Scott and his team for the sale of a property I had been renting out for the past 10 years. He was great. He worked with the tenants to make sure their lives were not messed up during the sale and was able to even help work over the tax info I was going to need after the sale.
