On the selling side, he has been exceptionally courteous to buyer's agents, managing extremely challenging circumstances re: loan delays and other issues with finesse, never breaking a sweat and always leaving us confident we are in good hands. He got us among the highest price/foot in the community by doing just this. On the buying side, he has a commanding knowledge of every pocket of LA, access to unlisted properties, and most importantly, strong, long-term relationships with all the agents we have dealt with.
