- Seth and I connected, but did no business
Seth and Alan screwed my family out of his property he has listed in Seminole! My family met all of Seth's requirements for owner financing. Alan was showing Seth's properties during his absence and we informed Alan that we wanted to purchase his property. The deal should have been done since we agreed to Seth's terms! Sadly Alan screwed up and admitted he did! My fiance and I got conflicting stories from Alan. One story was that the property was sold to a buyer paying 25% down and the other story was that the property was sold outright for cash. I'm sorry if you tell a client that you will accept what we offered but then back out of the deal. That is bad business! Very shady business! I intend to file complaints with the state against both Seth and Alan! I recommend to stay far away from Seth, Alan, and Pioneer Realty!
