Eddy helped my husband and I buy our first home. I was very hesitant to start house hunting given the current housing market but we ended up with the first house we viewed! Shanan was incredible to work with. She helped us with a relocation from Colorado. She probably showed us 40 houses before we found the right home. She went above and beyond with virtual tours and meeting us in short notice when we made an impromptu trip to KC. She is the best. First impressions are everything. How it was discovered by "investors" that I was selling was a huge surprise. Without even looking at my home, they made an offer based on only what I described to them. Needless to say, what was offered was laughable. So they sent an appraiser to walk through the house. Another offer was made, only $5,000 more. Ridiculous! Promises were made that there were no fees, which after doing research, turned out to be false. They don't tell you about commissions for themselves, etc. A friend of mine recommended her realtor, Eddie Morales with Shanan Group. His communication was immediate. He came out that night. When I told him what I wanted to list at, he told me we could get much more then that. He was upfront about everything. With his help in preparing my home and then listing it for one day, just one. He called me with an offer the very next morning. The processes this group uses are amazing. I know without a doubt, I made the right choice. Integrity is everything and this group goes above and beyond. If you are selling and/or buying, I recommend Shanan Group, especially Eddie. Get the best of the best. You won't regret it.

Working with Shanan Group is like working with an all-star team of realtors. They are extremely market savvy and have enough experience to deal quickly and effectively with any problem that could arise. The whole staff is smart, professional and they were literally with us at every inspection or step along the way even though we were the sellers!
