I have been selling Real Estate since 1997. I sold 50 homes in each of the last 2 years. The 2 years prior to that I sold 100 homes in each of those years. My experience ranges from home that have sold for $10k to home that have sold over $1mil. I help buyers and sellers in every part of the process. Whether we are viewing a home and I point out items of concern I have learned from attending all home inspections for my buyers. Down to negotiating closing costs with title companies if necessary. I also volunteer in my community by volunteering as a firefighter, being the Chairperson for a Bandstand committee that produces music for the community.
