Shane Severson has been in the mortgage/lending and real-estate business since 1999. He and a partner got into real-estate as well as starting a mortgage company in the Summer of ’99. Shane broke off with his own mortgage company SW Financial the beginning of 2002 at which time he also started working with Metro Brokers. Shane started his own real-estate company named Heritage Realty in February of 2004 which later became Legacy Realty.
