Zillow Review January 2022: This is my second time dealing with Shannon, and I have to say she is one great realtor! She never left me from when she helped me buy my first house. If I ever needed help with anything, like finding a new trash service, she was there to help me find exactly what I needed. Any time I had a question about something I had received in the mail she was very quick to respond to my text messages or emails. During the selling process of my house Shannon and her team helped me with every obstacle! I honestly thought the process would be a lot more stressful than what it was! LolThey all were very knowledgeable and I felt like I was given the right advice in what to do when it came to any sort of hard decisions. I HIGHLY recommend Shannon and her team! She contacted us, made the appointment, and knew all the details of the property when we viewed it. As we spoke to her that day, we realized that Shannon was going to be the person to help us sell our house as well as help with buying a new one.We did find a house and Shannon and her team were super in guiding us through that process.Better yet, she gave us great guidance on what we needed to list and show our old residence. She was totally focused on value and was great in making sure we'd optimized where we prepared the house. That house went on the market the day after we closed on our new one, and it sold on the first day for over the asking price! Needless to say we were thrilled!Shannon and her team are the best!

A common friend hooked us up with Shannon and the experience changed 180 degrees very quickly. She walked us through the process and showed us HOW to look for prospective properties. When we found the house that we ended up buying, we left the showing not thinking we could actually buy it. Shannon worked behind the scenes and a couple weeks later convinced us to put an offer in. I never thought it would be accepted, but Shannon worked her magic and a few days later they accepted our offer!
