Sharon is the best. Sold my home for me 25 years ago and was my first choice when listing this one. My home sold in one day, over listing price. I had multiple offers the first day on the market....that being said, my asking price was priced well over comps in Schaumburg. Every agent I interviewed wanted to list my house lower. I stuck to my guns due to my home being located in the most desireable area and knew the comps did not reflect this. Sharon was with me thru the whole process. I think most people have an over inflated idea of what their house is worth but the bottom line is if it doesn't appraise, even if you have an offer, the sale will not go thru. You need to trust your agent, and if you don't then do not sign a contract with them. I trust Sharon completely.
