"My wife, Robin, and I recently purchased a home in the Southwood Belle Haven subdivision in St. Augustine. If you are interested in purchasing a home in St Augustine, FL, you need only remember two words - SHARON STEVENS. She is the only true buyer's agent, meaning that she is not representing the home seller. We arrived from out of town and were staying in a local hotel. Sharon realized that time was important and worked all day every day until our eyes were glazed over. She was extremely patient and non-judgmental as we "evolved" to different styles of houses, neighborhoods, etc. She was always prepared, obviously doing much work behind the scene to make our time with her more efficient. Sharon was extremely cautious about notifying us of potential negatives such as a home close to railroad tracks or proximity to the rear of a large store. Once we decided on a home, Sharon was an aggressive negotiator. Apparently, she wore down the seller and got us the house for less than I thought. She was there for every picky detail and was always on top of it. Prior to closing, she guided us into arranging utilities, etc.Negatives? Ummm, absolutely none. She has our highest recommendation for buyers in St Augustine.
