In 2010, Shaun Collyer moved from Hilton Head Island to enjoy a cooler climate and embark on a new business venture in Asheville, North Carolina. Shaun lived for twelve years in the beautiful, family-centric, community of Biltmore Park. Since 2023, Shaun has lived in the natural setting of Biltmore Lake where he currently resides with his fiancé, Ashley, his two boys, Jackson and Maxwell, and their charismatic cavapoo, Harry.
Born and raised in a small Indiana town, Shaun's upbringing instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and community. Growing up as the son of a barber, Shaun developed a deep appreciation for the simple pleasures of life and the importance of forging meaningful relationships with those around him.
