Shawna King

I'm a homeowner, not an investor, although I've been buying/selling homes due to relocation in the past 15 years and have worked with a good share of professional realtors. Shawna King at VIP Realty is by far the worst! Very unpleasant to deal with, lacks communication & personal skills, never reads emails carefully, not responsive, and very rude when you call her during "Spring break!" (WTF? Seriously? Are you a professional or a college kid?). She also use her personal life as excuses, extremely unprofessional. The worst part - she provided falsified invoices that claimed $150K worth of renovation that was never done to the house (only $30K worth of work was actually carried out). We had to find out from the appraisers. Although she kept emphasizing the "$150K+ upgrades" during the negotiation process, VERY MISLEADING! (and all well-documented with proof). I'd stay clear from this agent at all costs!

Shawna has helped us buy and sell three homes and we wouldn’t ever use another realtor! She’s very resourceful and knowledgeable about the entire buying and selling process. She’s also super sweet amd fun to work with! She always made sure we were ware of everything at all times.

Shawna was excellent to work with, she guided me every step of the way, and was so patient with me as well. She knows her stuff..

Shawna King really disappointed my family and I. We were stuck in a difficult spot in 2020 right before Covid hit, and she was very rude to us and our much more experienced realtor team with the Grove team via Keller Williams. She wouldn't respond at all, or if we were so lucky, say very unprofessional statements. DO NOT use Shawna King. She is not fit for real estate.
