Shelby Fulkerson

Before founding Hub, Shelby worked as a successful real estate professional for over a decade. She has operated in residential, commercial, development, and management capacities from a real estate perspective. Within these roles she has focused from the ground up on large-scale residential projects where she oversaw the project management, construction management, sales, and marketing of several loft condominium developments. She also worked with distressed properties on behalf of numerous large institutions overseeing their portfolios which consisted of several different property types including busted subdivisions/condominium developments, vacant land, income producing properties, and distressed homes.
