Sheril Carmona

Sheryl was absolutely wonderful. We were moving to Merced from out of the area. This was a 3hour trip for us each way. We would call Sheryl and ask if she could take us to see houses on short notice, like tomorrow morning ! It was also a time where houses were selling within a couple of days. Sheryl never let us down. She always greeted us with her wonderful smile and cheerful attitude. We had a laundry list of things we didn’t want and things we did want. My husband has an illness that will get progressively worse so we needed a safe area, one story, absolutely no stairs, so one story and it had to be bright and cheery. We were ok with some things needed fixing or updating. Sheryl found us a darling house that was very bright and had potential. Best part is we are 1 mile from our daughters house. She even checked the neighbors and told us about them. We have wonderful neighbors. She was more than fair with her time, she knew the area well and found us what we needed and got us a fair price. I highly recommend her. You will not regret choosing her as your agent.

Sheril is very professional and very helpful with questions that I had. She has also been very patient with me and my husband as we have been looking for another house for quite awhile.
