Buyer beware. She lied about the selling disclosure costing me 1500 out of pocket 1 week after I purchased a home from her. I made contact with her, and she blamed my realtor for everything. If you do buy one of her homes get more then one inspection. All thermostats wired wrong 960 Broken window never replaced 200 Dryer vent not hooked up almost 400
