FOCUS AREAS: Residential Listing Agent and Residential Buyer's Agent Buying or selling a home can be exciting and sometimes overwhelming. My role is to provide excellent communication, guide buyers & sellers every step of the way, and exceed expectations. I take the guess work and unnecessary stress out of the process. This diverse area is rich in culture, the arts, history, outdoor activities, music, beer, restaurants, beauty... The list is endless! I grew up in North Asheville and have strong roots in the area. I moved out-of-state and also lived in several NC cities before returning home. I currently live in Weaverville with my amazing daughter & husband. When I'm not working, I enjoy hiking/camping, gardening, and fishing.

    • 05/24/2017 - Mills River, NC.There are a few times in one's life when a professional person excels so far beyond required duties and responsibilities that a true friendship is formed. Stacy Brown is such a person to us! From the moment we spoke with Stacy on the phone we liked her and had a strong sense she was exactly the perfect agent for our home search. Upon meeting her, it was settled: Stacy was the one! We consider ourselves very experienced home buyers and sellers and are very exacting in our expectations of such an important part of life as our home (isn't everyone?). Stacy Brown consistently exceeded our very high standards in an agent. She toured with us around WNC for three months and was patient with us through three offers, two of which were taken up through home inspection. We pulled out of all three and thank God we did as in late February we found the ideal home for our family. Patient? Stacy has it in bucketfuls! Professional competence? She is unparalleled in presenting the machinations of North Carolina real estate protocols. Honesty? We value honesty on every level as an utmost priority. Stacy possesses impeccable character and humility as well so that if we asked a tricky intricate question, if she knew the answer she would confidently give it; if not she would not try to "bs" her way through but would announce, "I'm going to have to check on that." Hard working? Incredibly! She worked tirelessly on our behalf day and night. We have had agents in the past who we had to "chase" and hound for answers and responses. Stacy was 100% on the ball on every detail and completely proactive and reliable to a tee. We recommend Stacy Brown with FIVE enthusiastic stars to anyone looking to buy or sell a property of any size or shape. We count her as a friend and will assuredly use her for any future real estate endeavor we undertake.
