- Stan never responded to my request
The worst experience I have ever encountered. He is unethical and so intent on keeping a deposit that he actually lied about money he received. He is probably the worst landlord out there . In thirty five years I have never had a rental issue and this man took advantage of my 83 year old mother. He charged her prorated rent and then deducted it from her deposit. I am having to take him to court to get her money back. Do not rent from this agent. Buying may be different but renting is horrific.
